Michiel Dijkman                                    Joep de Leeuw 

Michiel Dijkman – Programme manager

Michiel has worked at Bisnez Management as a programme manager since 2004. He started his career as an officer in the Royal Navy. Besides the officer and pilot training programmes, he has also completed several post-bachelor degrees in fields such as business administration and transition management.

In 2013, Michiel was one of the first programme managers in the Netherlands to earn the Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Program Management Institute (PMI). In 2014, he was the sixth Dutch programme manager to earn the Certified Projects Director certification from the International Project Management Association (IPMA-A). He is a highly driven and experienced programme manager who is used to supervising highly trained professionals in dynamic environments. He excels at overseeing far-reaching changes and/or innovations. Clients describe Michiel as thoughtful, convincing and a natural leader.

Joep de Leeuw – Project manager

Joep has worked at Bisnez Management as a project manager since 2011. Joep is an (business) economist and can assist in a variety of projects, ranging from new developments, release-based projects and Proof of Concepts to infrastructural projects. Joep also has experience with project descriptions and consultancy. His strengths are involving and managing multiple parties and stakeholders and the (internal) supervision of project teams. Joep greatly values result orientation, but he is careful not to lose sight of the people behind the results. Joep is good at establishing contacts on all levels of a project. He is a hard worker who certainly contributes to a comfortable and result-oriented atmosphere within an organization.
